FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, namely to a galvanised steel sheet used for manufacturing automobile parts by the hot stamping method. The galvanised steel sheet is comprised of a steel substrate and a cladding layer formed on the surface of the steel substrate by means of sustaining the substrate constituting a cold-rolled steel sheet at a temperature of 500 to 720°C for 90 to 400 seconds in a reducing atmosphere with a dew point temperature from -20 to 0°C, followed by cladding. The steel substrate comprises, in % wt.: C: 0.10 to 0.5, Si: 0.7 to 2.5, Mn: 1.0 to 3, Al: 0.01 to 0.5, optionally B: 0.005 or less, excluding 0%, the rest is iron and inevitable impurities. The steel substrate has an inner oxide layer inside, containing an oxide of at least one from Si and Mn, with a thickness of 1 mcm or more, and a decarbonised layer with a thickness of 20 mcm or less from the interface with the cladding layer in the direction towards the inside of the steel substrate.
EFFECT: produced sheets exhibit stable quality and appearance due to the absence of formation of both intercrystalline cracks and cracks on the surface of the sheet.
