Screws with spring device for their tension and regulating device for cutting grooves in snow-ice crust into which grooves carrying wheels then run in. Depth of grooves cutting by screws depending on chipped ice thickness is regulated by regulating device.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of ice chipping and preservation of road surface.
