FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for cleaning from snow and ice formations on roads, access roads of aerodromes and can be used in the construction and operation of snow and ice winter roads, when developing oil and gas fields, construction, operation and repair of access ways along pipeline routes, as well as for the development of frozen soils. Device for removing snow-ice rolling from road surfaces contains shearing conical disks mounted on a rotating platform with a cutting edge, which are installed at an angle to the treated coating with the possibility of its destruction when moving the device and removing the destroyed formations. Device is made in the form of a working organ of the rotor type, the driven shaft of which is connected to the disk of the rotor. Cleaving conical disks are cantilevered in relation to the disk of the rotor and are installed in the housings located along its perimeter in different levels along the height of the rotor, both under its disk and above it, and with different distances from the central axis of the rotor. In this case, the larger base of the cleaving cone disks is located at a rational end corner to the cutting lines formed parallel to the machined surface. Shearing conical disks are installed in their respective bodies in pairs and diametrically opposite. Cutting edge of each successive conical disc is offset in the height of the rotor with a reduction in the diameter of the rolling edge of the cutting edge along the cutting depth lines, with the possibility of providing a semi-blocked cutting circuit, and also removing the chipped formations with reflective elements arranged above the surface of the shearing conical disks.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in reducing the energy intensity of the process of destruction of snow and ice formations and increasing the productivity of snow-removing machines.
