FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry, in particular, to devices for drilling and expanding wells in hard rock. Device for thermomechanical drilling of wells includes a drilling body in the form of a drill rod, at the end of which rock-breaking elements and a firing jet burner with highways for fuel, water, air, are installed, the latter, through a heat exchanger and an adsorber, communicates with the compressor discharge pipe, and a compressor with a filter at the input of its suction pipe consisting of a housing with a conical bottom, a condensate trap-float and a reflector dividing the internal cavity of the housing into chambers communicating respectively with the compressor suction nozzle and the tapering nozzle, on the inner surface of which there are helical grooves, in their cross section, having the appearance of a "dovetail" and longitudinally located from the inlet to the outlet, ending in an annular groove with axisymmetric holes filled with elastic material. Filter is made in the form of a resonator. Reflector is made in the form of bimetallic material. Water supply line is connected to the tank, the casing of which is installed vertically, and a thin fibrous basalt material longitudinally arranged in the form of beams along its height is applied to the outer surface of the tank. Curvature of the helical grooves located on the inner surface of the tapering filter nozzle is made along the line of the cycloid as brachistochrons, moreover, the starting point of the line of cycloid as brachistochrone is located at the input, and the underlying point of the line is located at the outlet of the converging nozzle.
EFFECT: maintenance of normalized energy consumption during thermomechanical drilling of wells during long operation is provided by ensuring the constancy of the aerodynamic resistance of the tapering nozzle of the compressor filter due to the elimination of clogging of the cavities in the form of a "dovetail" and helical grooves.
