FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacture of an insole (S) for footwear with an airing system (2); according to the invention, the said airing system (2) is placed into a press mould (100) for injection moulding of foam polyurethane so that to form a polyurethane bottom layer (9) positioned under the airing system (2) with boundaries (90) curved so that to enclose the peripheral boundaries of the said airing system (2); for obtainment of the airing system (2) the bottom plate (3) is connected to the pump (4) by means of a connective tube (20), the said bottom plate (3) shape is that of the foot front part; the plate is equipped with deformable inserts (31) projecting upwards; connected to the said pump (4) is an air outlet tube (21) for outlet of air; a top plate (8) is laid over the said pump (4) and the said bottom plate to form placing between the bottom plate and the top plate so that to form a chamber (35); the said top plate (8) has channels (80) communicating with the said chamber (35) in the protective coating.
EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of the insole connection to the boot without detrimental effect on the footwear bottom that can be moulded of a soft material.
