FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly orthpaedics and traumatology, and may be used in bone defect replacement in tibial and femoral condyles in total knee replacement. The tibial and femoral condyles are resected. When resecting the defect-free condyle, it is sawn off at 2-6 mm from a planned level, and then at a planned level to form a plate-like spongy autograft. The presence of the tibial bone defect requires performing femoral condyle resection, while the presence of the femoral bone defect involves resecting the tibial condyle. A bone replacement material is presented by an osteoconductive material. The bone defect repair is followed by covering the repaired surface with the prepared autograft. Trial endoprosthesis is inserted.
EFFECT: method provides recovering a support ability of the knee joint, creating an adequate support for the endoprosthesis components and its stable fixation.
