SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics. Device for replacing bone defects of the inner condyle of the tibia with total knee replacement, made in form of a support from an arcuate curved plate having an internal surface that in shape follows the outer contours of the inner condyle of the tibia and the tibial component of the endoprosthesis, and made of medical stainless alloy. At the corner of the plate, the proximal for placement to the endoprosthesis liner, there is a handle. In the cross section of the support, the dimension of the line joining the ends of arch (B1) is equal to the anteroposterior dimension of the tibial component of the endoprosthesis. Line size (A1), which is a perpendicular from the middle of line (B1) to the inner surface of the support, is ½ the inner diameter of the tibial component, handle is located on the extension of line (B1).

EFFECT: invention allows to accurately reconstruct anatomical shape of the inner condyle of the tibia and the tibial component, thus creating a reliable support for the tibial component of the endoprosthesis, which increases the strength of fixation of the component and reduces the risk of its aseptic instability, and also avoid the formation of “cement exostoses”, preventing the traumatization of soft tissues by the protruding bone cement, thereby improving the results of surgical treatment.
