FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely ophthalmosurgery. A given device comprises an optic part and a support element. A front surface of the optic part comprises a convex hyperbolic surface, while a back surface of the optic part represents a surface of aspheric Schmidt plate reflected with respect to a plane drawn through inflection points of the aspheric Schmidt plate and perpendicular to an IOL symmetry axis. The back surface of the optic part faces concavity arranged in a central zone of the optic part towards a front axis of the optic part, while the symmetry axis of the surface of the optic part matches with that of the back surface. The support element represents a flat ellipse with the diametric segments on a greater axis of the ellipse comprising through X-cuts.
EFFECT: use of the given device enables reducing corneal spherical aberration, creating negative aberration and increasing focussing depth.
