FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely ophthalmosurgery. An intraocular lens comprises an optical portion and a support portion. A front surface of the optical portion is represented by a segment of a convex hyperbolic surface, and a back surface of the optical portion is represented by a curvilinear surface of an aspherical Schmidt corrector plate with its central convex portion facing a side opposite to the front surface of the optical portion.
EFFECT: use of the invention shall allow decreasing spherical aberration of the 'cornea-IOL' optical system, improving image quality, providing multifocality.
