FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used in complex treatment of locally advanced forms of breast cancer. For this purpose blood is sampled from ulnar vein of patient with verified breast cancer into four vials with gligicir solution in amount 100.0 into each. Into the first vial introduced is methotrexate in amount 20 mg\m², into the second doxorubicin in amount 40 mg/m² is introduced, into the third - 5-fluoruracyl 500 mg/m², in the fourth - cyclophosphane 200 mg/m². Vials are incubated in thermostat at T 37 C for 30 minutes, then contents of the first, second, third and fourth vials are introduced successively intravenously by drop infusion on 1, 3, 5, 8, 10 days. On 2, 4, 6, 9 and 11 days of treatment 200 ml of physiological solution, preliminarily subjected to ozone impact in concentration 400-450 mcg/l, are introduced intravenously by drop infusion. After 2 weeks break analogous impact is repeated in the same order.

EFFECT: method ensures considerable reduction of volume of tumour formation and affected lymph nodes with simultaneous reduction of side toxic manifestations of chemical preparations due to specific mode of performing autohemochemotherapy.
