FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and repair. Proposed device comprises vibroexciter winding with first terminal connected to DC source positive pole and second terminal connected with transistor switch collector. Switch emitter is connected wit DC source negative pole. It comprises also discharge switch and process current source with its positive pole connected with discharge switch input and its negative output connected with electrode. Note here that process current source negative pole is connected with machined part. Additionally, it is furnished with pulse generator, two process current control monostable flip-flops and vibroexciter control two flip-flops. Process current source is composed of AC welding transformer with increased magnetic dissipation while discharge switch represents bipolar isolated-gate transistor. One output terminal of welding transformer secondary is connected with pulse generator input and bipolar transistor collector. Transistor emitter is connected with electrode. Pulse generator output is connected to inputs of first monostable flip-flops of process current and vibroexciter control. Outputs of which are connected to inputs of second monostable flip-flops of process current and vibroexciter control. Output of second process current control flip-flop is connected to bipolar transistor gate. Output of second vibroexciter control flip-flop is connected to transistor switch base.
