FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, rudder control electric drives. Proposed drive comprises linear control mechanisms arranged in single housing, common rudder opening mechanism and retracted rudder locking mechanism. Liner control mechanisms are engaged via reduction gearboxes with appropriate control surfaces fitted in rolling bearings. Output shaft of every reduction gearbox is engaged with rudder shaft via ball-and-screw gearing.
EFFECT: synchronous opening of rudders.
