FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to aircraft anti-icing systems. Proposed device comprises composite structure 47 and electrically conducting layer 41, multiple inductors 33-34 arranged parallel with the latter. Inductors are shaped to plates or shells and comprise coils 12, 13 made of electrically conducting flat wire with multiple turns or circuits. Inductor thickness is smaller than 1/10 of its diameter or equivalent diameter. It is elongated along axis 28 and includes two layers 16, 19, 22, 25 of twisted conductors arranged, in fact, parallel with inductor axis. Said layers are separated by gap 31, 32 having no conductors. Proposed method includes feeding electrical current at frequency of 10-100 kHz, preferable, 40-70 kHz, in particular, at frequency making about 50 kHz.
EFFECT: higher anti-icing efficiency.
