SUBSTANCE: proposed device 1 is intended for transfer of several coordinated premade basis units 1A-9A and/or basic segments for use in assembly of building carcasses. Proposed device comprises first means M1, M2 and second means M2, M4 to impart stepwise displacement to localised basic units and/or basic segments. Said basic units and/or basic segments rests on sliding surfaces 55, 55a, 55b directed in selected direction D1, D2. Parallel pull and/or push bars 50, 51, 51' are oriented to adjoin sliding surfaces and/or arranged there between and has U-shape section 51" to allow and cause reciprocation of bars 50.
EFFECT: smooth displacement.
