FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to a surgical instrument for carrying out surgical intervention on a patient. The instrument for carrying out surgical intervention on a patient has a working body, an actuating gear mechanism, the first transfer means and the second transfer means. The working body has at least two parts of the working body subjected to movement with a time offset. The actuating gear mechanism has the first output part of the mechanism for the first one of parts of the working body and the second output part of the mechanism for the second one of parts of the working body. The actuating gear mechanism has a cam mechanism that is connected to the first output part of the mechanism. The first transfer means, from one side, is connected to the first part of the working body, and from the other side, - to the first output part of the mechanism. The second transfer means, from one side, is connected to the second part of the working body, and from the other side, - to the second output part of the mechanism. The actuating gear mechanism has a gear segment mechanism that is connected to the second output part of the mechanism. The gear segment mechanism has an incomplete gear wheel and a gear rail that is connected to the second output part of the mechanism. The invention is characterized in the fact that, for driving parts of the working body, the cam mechanism is used from one side, and the gear segment mechanism is used from the other side.
EFFECT: obtaining a surgical instrument for surgical intervention.
