FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a cylindrical former for supporting of the top filler interval of elastomeric material. A cylindrical former comprises a hollow rotary shaft and a plurality of rigid fingers spaced circumferentially. The fingers are connected with the ability to move with the support elements for flipping the top filler when it is wound on a cylindrical former. The support elements are connected with the ability to move with continuing substantially radially guiding elements. The guide elements are connected to the hollow rotating shaft. The fingers are connected by linkage with a drive element, which is connected to a pulling / pushing shaft that extends at least partially through the hollow rotating shaft. The device further comprises adjustment assembly with an adjusting plate, which is arranged with the ability to move the support elements radially inward or outward, and feeding unit for a filler infeed to the upper cylindrical former.
