FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: unstressed key connection contains shaft, bush and connecting them semi-circular key mounted by its plain face on flattened surface of the shaft so that the chord is perpendicular its longitudinal axis. At the internal surface of the bush there is a non-through radial channel interacting with cylindrical surface of the key, the diameter of which is less than shaft diameter. The key is made of two symmetrical halves, on the ends of which there are segments on top and there are bores on internal planes along symmetry axis, where there installed is a cylindrical thrust spring and there made is a through hole along the symmetry axis of two blind holes, where there installed is a cylindrical guiding pin that is rigidly mounted in one half of the key by one end and in the other half it is free mounted. The gap between component parts of the key is more than the sum of thicknesses of two projections of side segments of key component parts. Inside the bush on each side of non-through radial channel interacting with cylindrical surface of the key there are rectangular projections, the thickness of which is equal to projections of side segments of two parts of the key and opposite each other. The distance of lower end of guiding pin before the hole, where it is mounted freely, is more than the sum of thicknesses of two segment projections of captive key.
EFFECT: improvement of connection reliability.
