FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: kindling coal burner comprises a vessel with radiating lining, at the burner's inlet there is a coaxial channel to supply dust and air mixture, in the burner body there are tangential nozzles arranged for supply of secondary air, and at the outlet end of the body there is a confuser and a coaxial cylindrical channel of tertiary air supply into the boiler's furnace, besides, in the radiating lining of the burner vessel, evenly along its circumference, there are electric heaters installed, in the centre of the dust and air mixture supply channel there is a channel of water and coal fuel supply with a nozzle of water and coal fuel, and a channel of primary air supply is arranged coaxially to the channel of the dust and air mixture supply. Electric heaters are arranged with length from the inlet of the primary air channel to the burner and to the confuser. In the coaxial channel of dust and air mixture supply and in the coaxial channel of primary air supply there are flow swirlers installed, accordingly, for dust and air mixture and primary air. In the coaxial cylindrical channel of tertiary air supply into the boiler's furnace there are rotary blades installed. Tangential nozzles of secondary air supply are installed into several rows along the length of the burner's vessel and evenly along its circumference. Output parts of tangential nozzles of secondary air supply in the burner's vessel are arranged with rectangular flat slot shape and are equipped with rotary blades.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide for burning of dust coal or water coal fuel in a burner, using power for its heating.
