FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves blood analysis for the level of β-adrenoreactivity of cell membranes (β-ARM) in peracute ischemic stroke. If observing the value β-ARM≥50.0 standard unit, a high probability of the fatal outcome of ischemic stroke is predicted. The use of the presented method provides higher prediction accuracy and enables stratifying the patients in a high risk group of the fatal outcome.
EFFECT: method is characterised by simplicity and high information value.
