FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: roller-ridge former comprises composite frame, axle and spherical discs freely mounted on it with the rings located between them. The roller frame is made with the ability to change the angle of mounting of the lateral beams with spherical discs to the direction of movement and fixation in the specified position. On the roller frame the "П"-shaped beams are mounted with guide sleeves, under which the rods are mounted and equipped with springs. The spherical discs are mounted with the convex side towards the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the roller from inner side of the lateral beams of the composite frame with the ability to change the angle of attack of spherical disks symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the roller at the same angle, the opening of which is directed towards the motion of the roller, and fixing in the specified position. The "П"-shaped beams with the rods are located along the longitudinal beams of the composite frame at the same distance from the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the roller. The rods with one end are pivotally mounted on the longitudinal beams of the composite frame, and with the other - in the guide sleeves, with the possibility of vertical movement of the rods in the guide sleeves, and the place of the rods mounting on the longitudinal beams coincides with the extension of the geometrical axis of the rings rotation.
EFFECT: increase of uniformity of compaction of the soil ridges above the sown seeds with specified agronomic requirements to density.
