SUBSTANCE: housing comprises the first and second parts connected to each other by means of a snapping junction. The first part of the housing comprises sleeves through which the cutting line passes. The snapping junction provides, at least, a single mutual unlimited angular displacement between the first and second parts of the housing around the axis of rotation of the head for mowing grass.
EFFECT: ability of winding or unwinding the cutting line from the said spool is provided.
