SUBSTANCE: method of determining the class of milk line of a milking machine with milk duct on the milk fat particles comprises milking of each cow with a milking machine equipped with individual milk meter with a beaker, transportation of the emulged milk on the milk line with communications of the milking machine to the receptacle, assess of changes in the amount of fat in the final product on the index of destabilization of fat particles. And the milk after milking from the beakers of individual meters from all emulged cows in the studied milk line is collected in one container, mixed and an average milk sample is taken from of it. Immediately after it the milk is transported through the milk line of the milking machine into the receptacle, from which the milk sample is also taken, then the mass fraction of fat is determined in the average sample of milk before transportation and after transportation through the milk line of the milking machine and the class of the milk line is determined by the degree of its impact on destabilisation of fat particles in milk on the formula,%: where D is the index of destabilisation of fat particles, Fas is fatness of milk in the average sample from the beakers of individual meters of milk before the transportation through the milk line, Ft is fatness of milk in the average sample from the receptacle after transportation through the milk line, while if D is less than 3% the milk line belongs to class I with a high fat content preservation, with D equal to 3-6% - to the middle class II, with D is more than 6% - to a class III with low fat content preservation.

EFFECT: improved accuracy and processability of determination of effects of the milk line on destabilisation of fat in milk, enables to detect timely and eliminate malfunctions in milking machine operation, to improve the quality of the final product
