SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The proposed method of classification of pipe-line plants of milking machines with milk pipeline is the following. Two groups of cows are simultaneously milked in the stalls in the same milking operation with an interval between them of 24 hours, and the reference cows are milked in both milking operations to the portable pail, and the tested cows are milked only in the first, and the second to the milk pipeline. Then the weight ratio of fat is determined in the milk in tanks, and then the index of destabilisation of fat particles is determine on change in weight ratio of fat in the milk according to the formula,%: where FM2° is a weight ratio of fat in milk of the tested cows during milking in the pipe-line plant on the second day; Fa1° is a weight ratio of fat in milk of the tested cows during milking to the portable pail on the first day; FB2r is a weight ratio of fat in milk of the reference cows during milking to the portable pail on the second day; FB1r is a weight ratio of fat in milk of the reference cows during milking to the portable pail on the first day. Then the pipe-line plant is determined as class I with its high safety, if D is greater than -4%; as class II, if D is from -8% to -4%;and with low if D is less than - 8%, than as class III.

EFFECT: increased accuracy and technological effectiveness of determining the impact of milk pipeline lines on destabilisation of fat in milk under the conditions of milking cows on the farm, and reliability of its classification, which displays the limits of the loss of fat per kilogram of milk, which determines the cost of the final product.
