FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: device for staged heat sterilisation of preserves includes four baths, three of them equipped with heating elements. Two of them, the first and the second, are intended simultaneously for heating and for cooling jars. One supplies carriers with jars for heating into the first and the second baths and simultaneously returns carriers with jars from the third bath for cooling. The fourth bath is intended for cooling.
EFFECT: heat energy and water consumption reduction.
