FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to endoscopy, and can be used in endoscopic crushing of concrements of the main duct of the pancreas in a patient with chronic pancreatitis complicated by virsungolithiasis, when it is not possible to extract virsungolite using a Dormia-type basket. Initially, conductor is drawn through instrument duct of duodenoscope into lumen of main duct of pancreas. A peroral endoscope is introduced through a guide through a duodenoscope instrumental canal. Using said endoscope, virsungolite is visualized. A probe for electrohydraulic lithotripsy is inserted through an instrumental canal of an oral endoscope under visual and X-ray control. With constant supply of normal saline into the lumen of the main duct of pancreas, a probe is delivered to the concrement, electro-hydraulic lithotripsy of the concrement is performed by periodic supply of electric discharges from the generator under visual control. Further, fragments of concrement by means of a Dormia-type basket are mechanically removed into a lumen of the duodenum.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of performing the endoscopic crushing of concrements in the main pancreatic duct in the patients with the benign inflammation in the complicated clinical cases, when the virsungolite is not mechanically captured and removed, reduced injuries, reduced length of treatment.
