FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves a minimally invasive treatment of cholangiolithiasis. That is preceded by an ultrasound-controlled transhepatic puncture of the peripheral biliary tree. A guide is brought into bile ducts up to the level of a block. A catheter 5-6 Fr in diameter is inserted along the guide. The cholangiolitis is displaced distally instrumentally in the antegrade direction through the catheter into the common bile duct up to the level of the following retrograde endoscopic lithoextraction. A calculus is removed endoscopically.
EFFECT: method provides the minimally invasive treatment of intrahepatic cholangiolithiasis requiring no traumatic abdominal operation.
