FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: infant examination is followed by physical exercises with the infant immersed in water in the form of individual or small-group trainings at least 3 times a week, 45-50 minutes. The water procedures are preceded by massage and a complex of physical exercises to be performed in water in a room at temperature 24-26°C. Then, the infant is carried in water of temperature 35-36°C vertically and facing water and laid on back so that a body is positioned horizontally by itself. One hand hold a nape, and the other hand grip ankles, the infant's body is flexed and unbent at 60-80 to 180 degrees for at least 15 times, with a pause of 30 sec. Then, with the infant's nape supported, feet push-offs against a bath wall are performed for 15-20 times. EFFECT: method provides recovery of newborns with slight hip dysplasia of joint stability and normal ultrasound results for a relatively short time.
