FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method refers to medicine, namely to pediatric orthopedics. In the passive-stretching mode with the maximum possible amplitude, three exercises are performed sequentially with the child's legs: flexion-extension in the hip and knee joints, abduction-reduction in hip joints and spreading with external rotation of hip, each exercise of the complex being repeated 10 to 30 times with a static retention for 5–10 seconds of the posture, respectively, flexion, extension, abduction, reduction and external rotation of the hips, the whole complex of three exercises is performed 2–3 times a day until the child begins to walk independently with a full support load.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the complete cure of hip dysplasia with restoration of the supporting function.
