SUBSTANCE: assembled cap comprises a fragile cap of a container, a retention ring and a cap element attached to the retention ring with the use of an internal and external thread or a bayonet connection. The retention ring is attached on the container or at a bottom section of the cap with the use of a collar. The cap element comprise a number of locking blades. In a closed position of the assembled cap, the locking blades are surrounded by locking grooves of an adequate shape, provided by projecting locking elements. The container comprises said assembled cap pre-filled with a drug. A method for making said assembled cap involves screwing of the cap element on the retention ring which comprises a number of the locking blades. The retention ring is put on an end of a container body comprising the fragile cap. The projecting locking elements of the fragile cap and the collar of the retention ring form a latching connection, and the projecting locking elements and the locking elements form a connection of an adequate shape.

EFFECT: invention provides proved intervention and inadequate use of the syringe.
