SUBSTANCE: systems for drug administration containing a pre-filled syringe and packaging suitable for receiving the pre-filled syringe, wherein the pre-filled syringe contains a syringe barrel and a syringe tip, a plunger or piston connected to a rod protruding from the syringe barrel and a finger rest, wherein the syringe tip is provided with a tip cap. In this case, pre-filled syringe (100) is designed for sublingual administration to newborns, and is free from a piercing tool on tip (102) of the syringe. Moreover, system (200) contains replacement cap (300) for pre-filled syringe (100), while packaging (1) is configured to receive replacement cap (300).
