MIXER Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC B01F7/16

Abstract RU 2466777 C1

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: mixer contains a fixed cylinder housing in which there located are mixing device with shaft and rotary drive designed as a steel strip rigidly fixed symmetrically as accordion connection by its middle part on the lower part of shaft. Loose ends of strip are located on sliding attachment at the top of shaft. The strip is located perpendicular to the shaft axis of rotation and it is capable of compression in vertical position upon shaft rotation until contact with housing inner part. In the middle part of accordion connection of steel strip there installed is centrifugal element in the form of massive rubber ring mounted due to elastic forces in inner walls of steel strip in the plane perpendicular to the shaft.

EFFECT: increasing productivity and quality of produced mixtures.
