SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for making paste-like compositions and can be used in food, petrochemical and other industries. Mixer for paste-like compositions comprises a cylindrical stationary housing in the form of a cup with a mixing device placed inside it with a shaft, cover, a piston installed on a sliding fit relative to the inner walls of the cylindrical housing and rigidly connected to an additional shaft coaxial to the shaft of the mixing device, with possibility of reciprocating movement and movably connected with plug located on it, mixing device is made in the form of tension spring from sheet material with through slots and is connected by one end to the shaft, by the other end to the plug on the piston, and the unloading hole is made on the cover having a cavity for arrangement of the spring in the compressed state.

EFFECT: invention provides higher quality and efficiency of mixing composition with simultaneous simplification of mixer operation.
