FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method of charge of reactor with static bed of catalyst including at least catalyst moulded pieces K, which geometric form is a ring with outside diameter A, inside diameter I and height B provided that A>B, under which before charge fragments resulted in production of catalyst moulded pieces K are screen separated, at least partially, as screen underflow from screen overflow containing catalyst moulded pieces K, and then screen overflow is used for charge of static bed of catalyst and screen for screen separation is provided with holes which closed line of contour has at least two straight sections located against each other at C distance along at least length L as two parallel sides of rectangle with lengths of sides L and C provided that each parallel to supposed side of rectangle with length of sides C, passing through point P of contour line being on screen hole contour line, has no other point on contour line which distance to point P of contour line is >C, at that during screen separation the relations are followed I, L ≥ A ≥ B ≥ C ≥ (A - I) / 2 (I). Method of partial heterogeneously catalysed oxidation of organic compound in gas phase which is performed in reactor with charged static bed of catalyst as said above is described. Method of at least partial separation of fragments resulted in production of catalyst moulded pieces K, which geometric form is a ring with outside diameter A, inside diameter I and height B provided that A>B, from mixture of annular catalyst moulded pieces K and these fragments as screen underflow by screen separation of this mixture using screen provided with holes which closed line of contour has at least two straight sections located against each other at C distance along at least length L as two parallel sides of rectangle with lengths of sides L and C provided that each parallel to supposed side of rectangle with length of sides C, passing through point P of contour line being on screen hole contour line, has no other point on contour line which distance to point P of contour line is >C, at that during screen separation the relations are followed I, L ≥ A ≥ B ≥ C ≥ (A - I) / 2 (I). Use of overflow produced by the method above for charge of reactor with static bed of catalyst is described.
EFFECT: high-efficiency method of reactor charge.
