FIELD: aircraft engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises systems of metal strip different-length lightning rods and extra strip electrodes. Strip anti-lightning electrodes are arranged on inner and outer surfaces of nose cone dielectric shell and electrically connected with fuselage metal structures. Said extra strip electrodes are electrically connected with said structures and arranged between aforesaid electrodes located on nose cone inner surface. Both electrodes are equal in number. Width of extra strip electrodes is selected to make d=5÷10 mm while their height equals that of radar antenna edge. Radar antenna is located under nose cone.

EFFECT: better anti-lightning protection.
