SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of protection of objects for various purposes at direct or close action of lightning discharges, electromagnetic pulses (EMP), short circuits and switching of power equipment, in particular to lightning protection means, unmanned aerial vehicles. Technical result is achieved by the fact that a flat rectangular plate is introduced into the device for a lightning arrester from a tethered copter, which includes a pin, a high-voltage pulse generator, power supply unit, the pin is attached to the frame of the copter, the flat rectangular plate is located on the first end of the pin, the second end of the pin is connected to the earthing device through a cable with a power cable attached to the frame of the copter, wherein the power supply unit output is connected to the high-voltage pulse generator power input, the high-voltage pulse generator output is connected to the flat rectangular plate.

EFFECT: high efficiency of the lightning conductor process.
