FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to continuous solid material feeding devices excluding the bridging and arching in the bunker and can be used in various branches of national economy. Solid fuel feeding device consists of fuel bunker with fuel agitator located at the bottom and having the possibility of being rotated relative to the axis parallel to vertical axis of the bunker, as well as screw conveyor located under it, one end of which is connected to the drive and the other end is connected to combustion plant. Agitator is made in the form of a blade and a shaft, which are interconnected with cardan drive; blade is made in the form of a solid steel rod with bent and pointed plates-blades in the form of a profiled excavator bucket with the bottom of triangular or trapezoidal shape, which are located on the rod on screw line with angular offset of 90 degrees relative to each other; and shaft is installed in outlet opening of fuel bunker parallel to vertical axis of bunker and provided with plate-blade located from cardan drive to pedestal bearing fixed on opposite ends of the shaft and at an angle of 30-45 degrees to the axis of the shaft driven through gear transmission from the drive of screw conveyor. At that, the blade is fixed on cardan joint with one end so that the other end can describe the curves in the ball sector with the centre at connection point to the cardan drive, which is formed with a straight circular cone turned with its base in upward direction, the axis of which is parallel to the bunker axis, length of generatrix is equal to the blade length, and angular opening is equal to 90 degrees.

EFFECT: invention allows excluding the bridging and arching of small-size coal or other solid material of increased humidity in the bunker and providing continuous feeding of material.
