FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: mechanism of feeding the material into screw devices comprises a screw disposed in the housing and the loading mouth. A feeder is installed in the loading mouth perpendicular to the screw axis. The feeder axis is inclined from the vertical in the direction of screw rotation by 5-20°. On the feeder axis along the helical line, the blades are radially fixed, arranged at an angle to the plane of their rotation.
EFFECT: increasing the operational reliability of the screw device due to eliminating the material sticking on the walls of the loading mouth, and due to preventing arching as well.
