FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to instrumentation equipment and may be used to calibrate sensors of pressure pulsations. The pulsator comprises a bellows, a reference and a calibrated pressure sensors, installed inside the working chamber of bellows pressure pulsations. The input of the reference sensor via low-frequency equipment is connected to a voltmeter and an oscillograph. At the same time the output of the calibrated sensor via the matching charge amplifier and normalising amplifier is also connected with the voltmeter and oscillograph. The device additionally comprises a vibration electromagnet bench, including a table, a control unit comprising a generator of sinusoidal oscillations, magnetisation circuits, a power amplifier, and also connecting elements. The bellows is fixed on the bench table via a pin. The bellows is fixed with the lower part by a dural disc, and with the upper part - with a ring, which is fixed to the vibration bench body by four screws. Movement of the vibration bench table via a pin inside the bellows volume creates a working chamber. There is a removable sleeve installed in the working chamber. The reference and tested sensors are mounted onto the sleeve bottom at the outer surface. Under action of the electromagnet force the bellows corrugations are deformed, and a field of pressure pulsations is generated in the working volume. Under pressure the membranes of these sensors sag, and a signal is produced at the outlet, which is proportional to the value of pressure pulsations.
