FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: in a device they use film capacitance sensors, making it possible to measure pressure pulsations arising from vibration load, also the device comprises a holder, a damper, reducing loads from vibrations, which is placed on the external surface of a measurement object, and film sensors are placed outside and inside the object in different areas. At the same time one film sensor is fixed on the holder, and on the damper there is another film sensor glued, which is located at the same level with the first sensor. The substance of the method consists in the fact that prior to the experiment the film capacitance sensors are glued on the surface of the investigated object. After that they select most critical parameters, for instance, transformation ratios of channels, amplitude-frequency characteristics of channels, equipment noise and external electromagnet noise. In process of the experiment at the outlet of a voltage amplifier they measure a common signal - mixed signals of equipment noise and external electromagnet noise, pressure pulsations developed by acceleration from a vibrating investigated object and emitted into environment.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement of quick-changing pressure and efficiency of measurements processing, expansion of field of application.
