FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for measuring parameters of ultrasonic waveguide tip longitudinal vibration. This invention consists in that waveguide tip vibration acceleration is transmitted to measuring converter, converting energy of mechanical oscillations into electric signal with known by calibration results conversion factor by acceleration, transmitting said signal via cable to measuring device, measurement of said signal with its further conversion into acceleration value, wherein transmission of acceleration is performed on hydrophone with piezo ceramic element freely resting by its piezo on vibrating tip.

EFFECT: technical result is possibility of taking measurements by waveguide tip under conditions when vibration sensor securing on it is not possible.
