FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of automated systems of monitoring of engineering structures displacements, and may be used to perform continuous monitoring of shifts and oscillations in elements of engineering facilities structures with the purpose of early diagnostics of the facility integrity, and also efficient detection of primary criteria (precursors) of facility stability loss. The system comprises a hardware and software complex of sensor and converter equipment, including: two-frequency receivers GLONASS/GPS, inclination sensors, a weather station with temperature sensors, relative humidity, pressure sensors, force and wind speed direction sensors, precipitation sensors, sensors of solar radiation, channelling communication facilities, a general bus of information exchange; a basic station with: GLONASS/GPS receivers and channelling communication facilities; an object centre of monitoring, comprising: an automated workplace of an operator with a computer based on a processor, channelling communication facilities.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of monitoring shifts of engineering facilities, expansion of functional capabilities of an object centre of monitoring, making it possible to identify spectral characteristics of structure elements oscillations and to develop an actual model of object behaviour.
