FIELD: physics; information technology.
SUBSTANCE: remote control in real time mode is achieved by putting a constantly activated subscriber terminal on the controlled object, consisting of a set of sensors for measuring physical parameters of the status of the object given by the user. The target information is retransmitted through geostationary man-made satellites in series on ground based unit for receiving and processing information, and then later on regional subscriber units. The emergency warning information on the controlled objects is detected at the same time by the satellite based search and rescue distress alert detection system COSPAS-SARSAT.
EFFECT: design of a system of mass control of physical status of objects in real time, for information support of structures ranging from federal to object level.
