SUBSTANCE: device comprises a frame with systems of hinge and adjustment of the depth of processing, and working bodies. The working bodies are made in the form of a chisel and A-hoes hingedly mounted on the rack. The rack at its lower part has a cover attached to it with the bolts. The chisels and A-hoes are made with joints, sockets for which are located at the junction of the rack and the cover, forming the silentblock-type connection. The surface of the joints has a rubber coating of thickness depending on physical and mechanical properties of the soil.

EFFECT: constructive implementation enables to reduce energy consumption, metal consumption, to improve tillage.
