SUBSTANCE: device consists of a frame with systems of hitch and adjustment of depth of cultivation of working elements. The working elements are made in the form of a chisel and A-hoes. The stand at the lower front part has a guide of a circular cross section. On the guide a chisel is mounted. Between the stand and the chisel, a vibration source is mounted made in the form of a leaf spring in the flexible housing. The A-hoes have brackets with grooves and are secured in the threaded holes of the chisel through the brackets and pins made on the stand movably in the horizontal and motionless in the vertical planes.

EFFECT: constructive implementation enables to reduce energy consumption and metal consumption of the tool and to increase the quality of soil treatment.
