SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the extraction cake mixing with mustard powder, vegetable oil, acetic acid, drinking water, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice and cloves.
EFFECT: method allows to enhance the target product resistance to stratification in the process of storage.
