SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely dentistry, and may be used for treating hyperesthesia of intact primary and secondary teeth in case of caries and non-caries lesions, dental hard tissue abrasion, reduced dental sensation caused by whitening, as well as tooth preparation, and periodontal manifestations. A dental formulation for treating dental hyperesthesia contains L-arginine, hydroxyapatite of crystal size 30-40 nm*100-200 nm in the form of 10.0-20% aqueous paste, cetrimide as an antiseptic preparation, monoatomic alcohol and water in the following proportions (wt %): hydroxyapatite - 1.0-15.0; L-arginine - 1.0-10.0; cetrimide - 0.1-1.0; monoatomic alcohol - 10.0-20.0; distilled water - to 100.

EFFECT: formulation combines the properties of desentitiser and remineraliser represents a suspension resistant to prolonged storage and applicable both in clinics, and domiciliary.
