SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used for the treatment and prevention of dentin hyperesthesia of teeth. To do this, prepare the surface of the dentin using the plasmatron by its 15 ± 1 second treatment with a focused beam of cold argon plasma from a distance of 2–5 mm from dentin. Then, no later than 45 seconds after the preparation of the dentin, the dentinal tubules are obstructed by galvanophoretic nano-impregnation with copper-calcium hydroxide particles for 2–6 hours. Surface of the dentin of the teeth is covered with a thin layer of copper-calcium hydroxide paste, with imposed strip of zinc foil with a thickness of 0.5 mm, and closed with the quick-setting bandage. Using a dental probe in the area of one of the interdental spaces, a hole with a diameter of about 1 mm is made in the dressing to create a contact between the foil and saliva, providing a potential difference.

EFFECT: method ensures the elimination of the increased sensitivity of the teeth due to the deep, long and reliable sealing of the dentinal tubules, opening on the surface of the dentin of the tooth, with a simultaneous prolonged antimicrobial effect with the painlessness of all preparatory and therapeutic procedures.
