FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used for making blades of, for example, gas turbine engine compressors used in aircraft engineering power engineering. Tube-shape blank is preliminary forged. Said blank has cylindrical part with wall thickness making, at least, blade root maximum thickness. One of blank bases is shaped to equilateral polygon with side width and height making, at least, blade, butt maximum thickness and height. Then, cutouts are made on tube cylindrical part, along its axis. Then said part is shaped to tape by isothermal forging. Additional cutouts are made on blank tapered part parallel with said base plate. Now, blank parts with cutouts are gaged and twisted to preset blade body twist angle and profile.
EFFECT: expanded process performances, higher quality.
