FIELD: engine devices and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: method includes obtaining a bladder blank of a gas turbine engine by stamping to form an aerodynamic profile in each section of the blade of the blade and forming a shank with their subsequent machining. When stamping the blade preform, the shank is made in the form of a protrusion with a contour closed around the feather of the blade by a contour spaced from the contour of the cross section of the blade of the blade by 1-5 mm. After the shank has been mechanically processed, the lining formed by the machining is joined to it by means of welding, which have mating surfaces that are mating with the projection. The size and shape of the liners are selected with the necessary allowance for gripping and holding the blade in the welding machine with linear friction welding. The patches can be attached to the protrusion through diffusion welding.

EFFECT: reduces labour input and material consumption of blades blanks, attached to the disk by linear friction welding.
