FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: blade workpiece is prepared, it has an airfoil of a preliminary shape and a butt. For this purpose a cylindrical workpiece is subject to preliminary heterogenisation annealing under the temperature below the temperature of complete melting of secondary phases, processing providing for intense plastic deformation follows. Then, heat-deformation treatment is carried out. The said treatment involves the direct isothermal extrusion of the blade airfoil of the preliminary shape along with the simultaneous back extrusion of the blade butt and homogenisation annealing with hardening under the temperature above the temperature of complete melting of secondary phases. Afterwards the profile in every section of the blade airfoil and butt is formed by simultaneous twisting of the airfoil and the butt and their calibration with the deformation degree e≥0.2. Following is artificial ageing of the produced blade under the temperature not exceeding the coagulation temperature of phases of the aluminium alloy used.
EFFECT: improved operating characteristics of the blades along with lower metal consumption due to the reduced thickness of the blade airfoil.
